Roots of equations

This chapter deals with roots of equations with methods that take advantage of the fact that a function in a typical change of sign in the vicinity of a root. The specific methods described on this point employ different strategies to systematically reduce the length of the interval and so converge to the correct answer. There diferenttes classes are methods including graphical methods, open and closed.
